With nearly 6 months of data and experience under our belts, we evaluate current trends and assess a likely range of outcomes using a novel approach based on forward-looking market segmentation.  
We outline how Servicers can leverage technology to address these segments and we offer a new baseline trajectory given updated assumptions on the progress of efforts against the disease and the level of government unemployment support.
